If you have a child with a disability such as Autism, Asperger, Down Syndrome, ASD, ADHD, ADD, PDD-NOS, 22q deletion, hearing impaired, visually impaired, speech delay, learning delay, behavioral disorder, or any other developmental delay and they are between the ages of 3 and 18, we have a special soccer program for them. Just4kixs, through the Old Bridge Soccer Club, offers a unique program to any child (boy or girl) with an IEP or 504 in our town or any town.
Just4kixs is an inclusive soccer league for children with special needs. If your child has special needs and would like to play soccer on our program we welcome any of their siblings to join as well. Just4kixs believes that children with special needs should be given the opportunity to play sports alongside their peers. Inclusion in the classroom and inclusion on the field, it’s the best way to learn.
The Just4kixs program has a buddy system set up for your child to assist them in learning to play soccer. All children will get to experience hands on learning and one-to-one attention from their buddy in a structured group play. We also have dedicated coaches that provide direction and supervision. Buddies and coaches assist your child in learning basic soccer skills in a non-judgmental environment with typical peers as role models. We work with your child on their special needs in a fun and creative way. Our program has it all, physical therapy, speech therapy, and social skills. We guarantee they will have a ball.
The program runs in both the Fall and Spring seasons. The fall season runs from Sept. 7, 2024 through to Nov. 9, 2024, once a week on Saturdays from 11:30AM to 12:30PM. at Higgins Field in Old Bridge, New Jersey. This program fills up very quickly, enroll early to secure a spot on the program.
